Save the Desert’s Species and Tigers in the Rajasthan


Rajasthan Cabinet Obvious Safe corridor for the tigers 
On the 4th January, Rajasthan cabinet took decision to the safe corridor for tigers and Rajasthan cabinet gave approval to the proposal for initial Rajiv Gandhi Biosphere reserve to the offers secure corridor for protection of the tigers and other wildlife in the state. An official said, it was declared at a meeting of the cabinet leas by Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot and this proposal will be sent to the Environment and Forest’s Union Minister for the clearance. Reserve would cover up water source, forest block, Sanctuaries and national park include Kesarbagh Sanctuary, Ramasagar Sanctuary, Ranthambhore National Park, Bhensroadgarh sanctuary, Chambal sanctuary, Mukandara Hills among the others through corridors. The main target behind development of the Rajiv Gandhi Biosphere is to the make balanced relation between human and nature and cabinet’s decision would pave safe way for the tigers with rare species of the wildlife in the national parks and wildlife sanctuaries of Rajasthan added by an official.

 Cabinet too gave to the proposal for offering customised package for the setting up manufacturing of the wind electric generator units by the two companies. In the cabinet meeting, Rajasthan Ex servicemen Corporation limited (RESCO), gave ideas for Mukandara Hills National Park under provisions of the Wildlife (protection) act 1972. RESCO will be public enterprise under the ownership of state government and help by above two lacks ex servicemen.  

Proposed Rajiv Gandhi Biosphere reserve a high-flyer project connecting major national parks and sanctuaries in the state through jungle corridors were approved by state cabinet on the 5th January 2012.  Cabinet also took decision for recruitments complete through the Rajasthan public Service Commission.

Further cabinet meeting gave nod for arrangement of Rajasthan Ex-Servicemen Corporation Limited (RESCO), which would the work to rehabilitate and make sure self-dependency for the widows of ex-servicemen, war widows, ex-service, and their dependents.
